Anti-Spam & Acceptable Email Use Policy

United Accountants ("we," "us") is committed to responsible and transparent email practices. This policy governs all email we send and applies to United Accountants and to every domain we operate, including but not limited to those listed at the end of this page.

1. No unsolicited bulk email

  • We do not send, and we prohibit the sending of, unsolicited bulk email ("spam") to advertise United Accountants or any of our web sites or domains.
  • We do not use purchased spam lists, and we remove invalid, role-based, and known spam-trap addresses from our contact data through validation and list hygiene.

2. No third-party or affiliate spam

  • We do not authorize, engage, or permit any affiliate, agent, reseller, or third party to advertise our web sites or domains using unsolicited bulk email.
  • Any party found doing so is in violation of this policy, and we will require them to cease immediately.

3. Honest identification and content

  • All commercial email we send accurately identifies United Accountants as the sender.
  • We use truthful, non-deceptive subject lines and header information.

4. Opt-out and suppression

  • Recipients may opt out of further contact at any time by replying to our message, and we act on any such request.
  • We honor opt-out and removal requests promptly and suppress those addresses permanently.

5. Sending controls and reputation protection

  • We send only from authenticated infrastructure, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured and DMARC enforced at p=reject to prevent spoofing and domain misuse.
  • We enforce per-account daily sending limits and rate-limited, time-gapped delivery to prevent abnormal high-volume sending patterns.
  • We monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and blocklist status, and we investigate and remediate any issue promptly.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe you have received email in violation of this policy, or you wish to be removed from all contact, please contact us at aivars@unitedaccountants.com. We investigate all reports and take corrective action.
